• What happens if a participant gets a flat tire?

  All our bikes are fitted with puncture-resistant tyres; however, in the rare event of a puncture, the guide is equipped to make a quick "pit stop".
  

• What if the bike breaks down?

  During our tours we provide assistance throughout, including swapping the bike in the event of a breakdown.
  

• Do you provide protective equipment?

  The tour price includes adult and children's helmets, hi-vis vests, and life jackets for water tours.
  

• Are you equipped for tours with children?

  Our fleet includes bikes for all ages, as well as tag-alongs, trailers and child seats, all approved to European standards.
  

• What's the right clothing for the tours?

  Comfortable sportswear. In summer we recommend sunscreen and mosquito repellent spray.
  

• Are clients insured during the tour?

  Bike&Go Travel takes care of its travellers: our Unipol Sai tourism policy is included with every trip. For extra peace of mind, the Travel Protection policy can be added.
